Ornella is a PM² Trainer at Accirculate and she bring a solid background and experience in education.

Over the last 25 years Ornella have been working in finance in different sectors, services and industry, holding positions of increasing responsibility in accounting and management control.

The knowledge acquired in this alternation of roles is the basis of a solid, but at the same time flexible methodological approach, which allowed Ornella to operate in different sectors and to support different processes, to follow and find solutions in dynamic situations, both in the start-up phase of a business and in the subsequent phases of change and development.

Ornella developed the ability to communicate in a simple way, sharing skills with business partners, key stakeholders and students. She is Italian mother tongue and fluent English.
